Our vacation home consists of 3 apartments, MINA and HILDE are located on the lower floor and apartment TRINA on the top floor. Dog-friendly and non-smoking accommodation. Bed linen and towels are of course included.

House rules

🕙  REST PERIODS

In our vacation accommodation, the public rest periods, such as midday and Sunday rest, must be observed. Out of consideration and in the interests of good neighborly relations, a quiet night must also be observed daily between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am.

🚭  SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in our vacation accommodation or in the entire building. Please go to the outside area and use an ashtray there. Please dispose of the completely cooled cigarette remains in the residual waste.

💻    INTERNET

Internet access is available free of charge in our vacation accommodation. You will find the password and the QR code for this in a picture frame in each apartment or in our guest folder. The use of this internet access is at your own risk. As the landlord, we accept no liability for any of your activities on the Internet.

 🐾  PETS

The keeping of pets (maximum 2) is permitted after consultation and prior. Registration allowed in our vacation home. Please pay attention make sure that your pet stays away from furniture such as sofas or beds in the vacation accommodation. It is also your duty to clean up any mess caused by your pet. Please also note that pets must be kept on a lead in some areas of the house and the surrounding area. Please do not use towels and blankets for dogs!

🤝🏻    VISITORS

Of course, you may also receive visitors (maximum 3), but it is not permitted for visitors to stay overnight in the accommodation. Visitors must also comply with these house rules.

🥂 EVENTS AND PARTIES

Events and parties are strictly prohibited in our apartments / vacation home.

🚮    SEPARATION AND DISPOSAL

As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to also separate the waste in our vacation accommodation. You will find appropriate disposal facilities for organic waste, paper, plastic, residual waste and glass in the bicycle cellar and outside area. New bin liners are also provided in the vacation accommodation, which you should use if necessary. Also, never throw leftover food, garbage or toiletries down the toilet or other drains. Only dispose of your waste in the bins provided.

🌬 VENTILATE

In terms of infection protection, it makes sense to keep the vacation accommodation ventilate the room sufficiently. To do this, open the windows several times a day. This can also effectively prevent the formation of mold.

🛡 SECURITY

For security reasons, all entrance doors to the vacation accommodation must always be kept closed. In addition, all entrance doors must be locked with the key when leaving the house. The windows should also be closed when leaving. In the interests of fire safety, no candles may be used. Please switch off lights and other electronic devices when they are not in use. Please ensure that escape routes are not blocked.

💎  VALUABLE ITEMS

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

🌻  OUTDOOR AREA

Outdoor objects such as parasols, cushions etc. must be closed or put away in strong winds or rain and overnight to prevent damage.

🥩  GRILL

Barbecuing with an open fire is only permitted for adults. In the interests of fire safety, please refrain from using fire accelerants. Please note that open fires are not permitted above forest fire level 4. After the fire has cooled down and been extinguished, dispose of the ashes and other remains in the residual waste.

🚘  PARKS

Free parking spaces are available for your car during your stay in our vacation accommodation. Please make sure that you do not block other vehicles, neighbors or sidewalks when parking. Please also note that we as the landlord are not liable for the vehicle parked in the parking lot and its contents.

🧹 CLEANING

You are responsible for cleaning the vacation accommodation during your stay. Cleaning materials and equipment are available in the accommodation. Before your departure, please follow the instructions listed in the guest folder under Arrival and Departure.

🤝🏻  DAMAGES

Everyone endeavors to avoid damage to the vacation apartment and the inventory. Nevertheless, it can happen that something breaks. Please report the damage to us immediately. As the tenant, you are liable for any damage for which you are responsible.

🔑  KEY

You will receive a key for your vacation accommodation on arrival. Please do not give the key out of your hand. If you lose your key, please inform us immediately. The cost of replacing the key will be approx. 990 euros (locking system), which you as the tenant will bear.
